The hotel's attention to detail and extra mile approach made the stay memorable. The well-thought-out decor created a winter wonderland atmosphere. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. The wellness spa facilities were exceptional.

During my backpacking trip, I had an amazing experience staying at a hotel down the street in a picturesque Austrian village. the location was close to the village centre and offered a stunning view of the mountains from my spacious room with a comfortable bed, well-appointed bathroom and plenty of storage space. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet with fresh hot and cold food, pastries, bread, and cereals was delightful.

The hotel restaurant did not meet my expectations, and the main dishes were average.

Had an amazing Christmas break in this Austrian village! The snow-covered mountains were the perfect backdrop for our stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and included a variety of hot and cold options. The location was spot on, with easy access to the ski slopes and the village center. we really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

We really loved the location of this hotel. It was situated down a steep hill, close to the village centre and near the glacier. The service here was outstanding, with attentive staff and excellent housekeeping. We also appreciated the range of amenities provided, such as valet parking, shuttle service, and a ski pass vendor. The room was well equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a balcony. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and various beauty treatments available.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and cozy. the hotel was located in a central area of the town and convenient for business meetings. It was great to have access to the wellness center after long days in meetings.

The staff seemed to lack a sense of hospitality and warmth. As a group, we didn't receive the same level of attention as individual guests.
